Check Page Rank
Check page rank on your sites without using the Google toolbar.
Most people have removed the google toolbar from their browsers for many reasons so you can’t immediately see the pagerank (PR) of your pages or other websites you may be interested in seeing (eg: for link exchanges or buying links)
Luckily there are services that allow you to check your page rank on the various google datacenters. This is particularly useful when there’s a page rank update on the go which usually happens every 3 or 4 months.
One such service is over at http://www.digpagerank.com/ where you can see what your page rank is for your sites from all the available google IPs
Of course we know that this is only one of a hundred or so ranking factors but it is an indication that the links pointing to your pages are favoured by the likes of google. Although a PR0 site can rank fine for low competitive keywords a PR5 and above is very useful to have.
If you look at the most competitive phrases you’ll likely see all sites being above PR5
So go and check it out and see what your page rank is today !
